Description
Every morning and night, Rachel rides the same commuter train. Every day, she passes a stretch of suburban homes and stops at a signal where she watches a couple breakfasting on their deck. She calls them Jess and Jason, and their seemingly perfect life reminds her of the one she recently lost. But then, during that brief stop, she sees something shocking. What she witnessed changes everything. Rachel goes to the police with what she knows, but the brief glimpse she caught entangles her deeply in the investigation and in the lives of everyone involved. As the police question her reliability, she must untangle the truth of what happened. Has she done more harm than good?
