Description
Mare Barrow's blood is red, the color of common folk, but her Silver ability to control lightning has made her a weapon the royal court wants to control. The crown calls her an impossibility, a fake. After escaping Prince Maven, the friend who betrayed her, Mare discovers she is not the only one of her kind. The land of Norta is divided by blood, with Silvers ruling over Reds, who live as servants.
