Description
Summertime in the Outer Banks. At the Lighthouse Library's opening reception for a college reunion, librarian Lucy Richardson and her colleagues display an exhibit on the evolution of libraries. After the event, a walk on the boardwalk leads to a grim discovery: the former director of the Lighthouse Library, floating lifeless in the water.
